Consumers should not call us to report a personal cyber crime. Information for individual consumers is on this page.
After you have telephoned to Activate assistance for your Organisation, please send us an Email using the form on this page. This will give us contractual cover to provide Assistance, as per the terms of your Membership.
Please include in your Message: your name, telephone number and email address. You should not detail the nature of the Cyber Attack you may be suffering. At the start of a possible Cyber Attack, you should not assume that you have completely accurate information about the attack.
